    Ok, I've set up a subscription with these. It's about $80 a month, which is a bit pricey, but they seem to be really effective (or is that affective?).

    No, I'm getting them directly from Gruns. They're working really well. I've been on them for a month now.

    I was off them for about a week (due to not setting up recurring shipping properly; totally my fault) and completely and utterly noticed the
    difference. It was HUGE! Now that I'm back on them, my energy is back up again. Focus is higher and my general engagement with projects is higher.
