It's a menu-driven win32 console utility I wrote since I was never
able to figure out how to get CHIRP or Baofeng's programmer to
display in English instead of Chinese. Written and built using
PowerBASIC 10.03 for Windows.

Strange .. I've been using CHIRP for my UV-5R for quite some time.

But I daily carry my new RADTEL 880G instead and haven't played with my other GMRS HTs in at least a year.
