    Afraid to ask this on DoveNet or FidoNet for fear of getting seriously flamed; I feel safe here! LOL

    What's the deal with Araknet and why does your BBS have to go through a 30day voting process to determine if you can connect it to the service?

    Just curious if it's even worth trying to get approved and what I would have to do "pass" the voting test.

    Do I even need Araknet? WTF is it?

    It's because so many boards open up shop, just to turn around and close down. Why thirty days? Maybe to make sure your board is going to stick around. I have used araknet back in the day. It's up to you, as you can see I don't even have fido-net lol
