Synchronet has mouse support, and I watched videos on how to do it..They didn't really help me at all. I also read documentation. It confused me, big time. So I think it's one thing not clicking for my brain. I watched a youtube video, it was decent of course. Problem was I couldn't see any examples from the video. I know it has to do with warm and hot areas, defining the area with a command attached to it. That part I understood. The part I didn't understand, was when I open an ansi file and want to add these hot areas, how does that not show up in the ansi as the user is displaying it?
There are two ways of doing this. You can actually make an ansi file, and with these hot areas can run the command shell from the ansi file. It can also be done with javascript and added to the script itself. I think it would be easier, to just make an ansi file for the menu in your command shell, and add the buttons (hot areas) to the ansi image. Just like an Icon. If you guys can help me out, or you read the documents and watch video, and decide to help me, please do. It has to be something simple I am not catching on to. Well if you want to see an example look at stock menu with ansi editor, correct? Not happening, as it is saved in bin format and when opened it just displays broken characters. Unless you guys know how to open a stock menu, without breaking it. I need to see an example, and cant find a decent one.
...Mary had a little RAM -- only about a MEG or so.
