• Commodore OS Vision v3.1 ? (a tricked-out Linux disto)

Has anyone else installed and tried the new Commodore OS Vision v3.1?

It's a super tricked out Linux Mint Debian distro based on Commodore's new ecosystem. It's really cool and very well thought out has and a lot of great things pre-installed.

Runs really super snappy on my 10 year old Dell Optiplex i5 /16gb RAM /SATA SSD.

It looks amazing like a mix between mac os, and a touch of os2. Do you think I could use it as a daily driver? I need something pretty like what I got, but more light weight. I know it's possible because the older versions of ubuntu I used, wasn't resource hungry, and was very quick. I notice the posts on hobby space have really slowed down lately. :(

What kind of machine would you want to run this on?

The computer I am currently using, with ubuntu on it. I wonder If I could use that os as my daily driver. Keep ubuntu installed, but use it less lol.

Maybe try a dual-boot and see if you like it ?

If it's based on Debian, and it's light weight, it should be perfect for what I am looking for. I want a pretty os, that's snappy and quick that doesn't require a lot of resources.
