    Hello All,

    I apologize for my sudden abrupt disappearance. I had a relapse of my pneumonia. I am much better now but am still struggling with a cough and some mucus along with my seasonal allergies.

    My dad has congestive heart failure and is looking at getting a bypass (or three) soon. He is too weak to drive and I have been driving my parents all over every day and that wears me out.

    But I'm back. My health has improved considerably due to my insulin pump and I'm feeling much better.

    That would be tiresome enough for someone in good health, I would think much more
    so for someone with pneumonia. Be careful with that... that is what Kyle Busch
    had before sepsis set in, and he was quite a few years younger than either of us!

    Glad to hear you're feeling better! Best wishes to your dad, too.

    My dad had a stroke in February, but fortunately only with mild after-effects. He is recovering now, but his driver's license has been temporarily revoked, so I do all shopping etc. for him for the time being.

    Glad to hear. Some days it seems like everybody is worsening rather than improving around here.

    Nice! I just started on some nootropics for my ADD. I can't use traditional medication as it would interfere with my anti-psychotics. I'm on some
    mushroom supplements and they're showing quite a bit of promise. My focuse hasn't increased a lot yet, but my mood and energy certainly have! These are nutrops from gruns. Umlauts over each u, of course!

    I couldn't figure out how to add umlauts to text... It's the double dots
    over the vowel.
